A JOINT best-on-ground performance in the Geelong Falcons elimination final loss saw Jai Sheahan snatch victory in the Geelong Falcons best and fairest award.
Sheahan was one of three Falcons to poll eight votes in their season-ending defeat to the Western Jets, but it was enough to lift him to victory in the coveted award.
The Newtown & Chilwell big man finished on 60 votes, two clear of 17-year-old St Mary's midfielder Zac Sherman and Cobden's Jackson Merrett.
